THE PERMANENT NATIONAL SECRETARY OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION OF THE EITI-GE INAUGURATES ITS NEW HEADQUARTERS IN BATA

The Vice President of the National Commission of the EITI Preparatory Group for Equatorial Guinea (EITI-GE), Ms. Priscila-Obono ATEBA ANGUESOMO, inaugurated on the morning of Saturday, April 27, the new headquarters of the Permanent National Secretariat in the Bata city.

The event took place on the esplanade of the BANGE building, in Komandachina (Bata), whose third floor will house the new headquarters of the Permanent National Secretariat in this city. After the welcoming words of the Vice President of the National Commission to the attendees, the priestly blessing of the event was carried out by the Reverend Father Carlos NGUEMA MANSOGO. Immediately afterwards, the Vice President proceeded to cut the inaugural ribbon and unveil the commemorative plaque of the event. Later, the guests visited the new facilities that will house the offices of the Permanent National Secretariat, on the third floor of the BANGE building. Among the guests were several from the Multi-Stakeholder Group that makes up the National Commission of the EITI Preparatory Group for Equatorial Guinea (EITI-GE) present in Bata, as well as part of the Permanent National Secretariat team, headed by its Secretary, Iván -Lorenzo WILLIAMS MONGOLUE.
